JW Davis is a native of Wayne, Michigan, a suburb of the Detroit area. He studied Advanced English at Henry Ford Community College and was a Journalist with the College newspaper.
Mr. Davis was an Administrative Engineering Coordinator for a major automotive supplier for 23 years
in Michigan. He was responsible
for major electrical design
engineering administrative responsibilities for the DaimlerChrysler community within the company.
He is a co-founder and the Operations Director of the Western Kentucky Real Estate Investment Association, (WKREIA). He founded WKREIA in January, 2008 with an associate, Gregory Taylor, a Real Estate and Probate Attorney in Kentucky. The group met the third Thursday of every month at Murray State University.
JW was instrumental in organizing and promoting a Neighborhood Watch program for a Kentucky Lake Resort in Marshall County. He was owner
and Vice President of Guardmaster Security Services that provided Security services for Pirates Cove Resort.
JW is currently a volunteer Fire Fighter for the South Marshall Fire Department in Marshall County, Kentucky. He is a member of the Marshall County Emergency Responders Alliance as well as the Pasco County, Florida Community Emergency Response Team (CERT).
JW was also a former candidate for Constable in the 1st district of Marshall County, Kentucky in 2010.
JW is a Real Estate Investor and Property Specialist who holds a Certificate
of Completion from the Russ Whitney Real Estate Academy. He also holds
Certificates in Real Estate Wholesale
and Tax Liens & Deeds from the Academy.
JW is currently looking forward to attending Real Estate classes in Florida. He is also studying Real Estate Investment presented by Eddie Serralles of the Serralles Group of Tampa, Florida.
He is also a property locator for the Serralles Group while in Florida.
